What should I do? Why does this male coworker like to verbally bully females as a way of flirting?

So this guy bullies some other girls and he did it to me once. What he did was he would keep saying my name in a squeaky voice when he saw me. And he has a friend with him. Also one time he said ‘do you need to get beat up?’ Lmfao. I’m laughing now but I was so torn up inside over that. Maybe he is joking and I know I’m sensitive but whatever. I’m trying to be more relaxed and easy going with men cause I know many of them have a different way of communicating and I take it way too personal and get hurt whereas I don’t have to.

but I will admit that he has really intense eyes sometimes and he has looked in my eyes a few times before and it felt he was staring through my soul or something.

and also the fact he bullies me had got me aroused tbh. Maybe it’s just me but men bullying me (if they’re attractive to me) tends to make my body aroused … it’s not my choice.

1. Document Each Encounter individually.

2. Get together and all those Present at each encounter tell/document as 1 Group. Write and each sign.

Do both 1 and 2 in each Circumstance.

Commonalities will represent themselves.

Then go HR like someone with some good sense. :-)

A lot of men are weird like that, but also a lot of women actually do like it, and many women only like men that treat them like trash. Its an odd fact about how attraction often works in our society, and the why is pretty deep, but that's a discussion for another thread.

Report him to HR and make sure he gets corrective action - this kind of behavior is not acceptable in a professional setting.

You need to report him. These males that think it is cool to bully in the real world and online need to be stopped.
