One of my managers said I should be honest when the company has me do an exit survey. How honest should I be?

i wasn't technically fired. I quit. i started a job about a month ago and all a sudden the boss started getting on my ass cause i wasn't lifting boxes too heavy for me.

He basically said i can quit, get a doctors note explaining why i can't lift 50 lbs by myself or he can fire me eventually. Lmfao.

Trust me this job is not about lifting 50 lbs. If it was, he would be hiring men to work there. Instead he just hired a female right after me and there's only one male working there aside from the managers. ONE male.

Trust me i dont give a crap that he kicked me out. I had no respect for him anyway and that was before he started this nonsense. He acts like its some beautiful amazing chance to work there. Its not. Im so glad i have a reason to leave. I can be indecisive and complacent.

So anyway the thats the reason i left but if i wanted to go into the deeper reasons i gave NO FUCKS about this job its because he and coworkers engage regularly in law breaking. I had to take trainings about how certain things are sexual, religious etc harassment and that i should report if i see it. Now that i am leaving i dont fear losing my job so i can easily let the company HQ know in my exit survey exactly what he does there and what he allows others to do. He thinks he's above the law and above everyone with his arrogant ass acting like i should be grateful to have to work in a hostile work environment. He can kiss my fucking ass.

Should i be grateful before or after i clock in and start hearing coworkers and managers blaspheme and sexually harass? The fact that idiot wants to try to chastize me for not lifting 50 lbs with my skinny ass yet he should be glad i didn't report the countless times he and coworkers broke harassment and discrimination laws. lOL!

This place is a joke.
