What Girls & Guys Said

It's difficult to say for sure how a guy at work will act around a girl he is crushing on, as everyone is different and there is no one "right" way to express interest in someone. However, some common signs that a guy at work may be crushing on a girl include:
1. He goes out of his way to talk to her or spend time with her, even if it means interrupting his work or taking a break from his usual routine.
2. He seems nervous or flustered around her, and may stumble over his words or appear more clumsy than usual.
3. He compliments or praises her frequently, and may go out of his way to do things to make her happy or show his appreciation.
4. He may try to find common interests or shared experiences to bond over, and may ask her questions about her hobbies, interests, or personal life.
5. He may exhibit body language cues such as leaning in, making eye contact, or mirroring her movements, which can be signs of attraction and interest.
It's important to note that these behaviors can also be signs of friendly or professional interest, and it can be difficult to tell the difference between harmless friendliness and genuine romantic interest. If you are unsure about someone's intentions or feelings towards you, it may be helpful to communicate openly and directly with them, or to seek the advice of a trusted friend or mentor.
The first few months I'll be cordial, but otherwise avoid her. This is because most women assume all I want is sex if I show them attention too soon.
Then I'll slowly turn up the heat and eventually ask her out.
That's just me though
