All men are different some men may never show it either because some are nervous. Others just have professional boundaries that they refuse to date anyone at work therefore if and when feelings do develop they will never act on them.

Other men are flirts with everyone some people flirt as a means of getting attention. So they will flirt with tons of women just to get them flirting back as well as some even stir up drama over themselves. On purpose…

But I will say for the most part I can’t speak for everyone. Now some people may see you as a really good friend. But are they hanging around you a lot? Talking to you a lot? Touching you? More so then other people.

Are you the only person they really talk to or hang around? Or do they talk to pretty much everyone? Are you someone they hang out with outside of work.

The best bet is if you like someone make a move. Don’t wait around on them because it’s never guaranteed that they will. Last thing you want is to see them later in a relationship wondering what could have been as well as realizing you just wasted all this time on one person when you could have either been with them or moved on.

Number one is workplaces are risky but as long as you go about it the right way you should be fine. Some people are nervous they don’t want someone to make claims of harassment, they don’t want to be known as the workplace creep, amongst many other things so they might talk themselves out of making a direct move on you and move on.

Another thing is that rejection is scary. But at that point you’ll have closure. You will also not be making things awkward and possibly get yourself into trouble by being overly flirtatious with someone. The last and most important thing is you won’t waste your time anymore. You’ll have your closure so you can move on and find someone else who is into you.

You can wait around and look for all the signs in the world. You’ll never know for sure unless you ask.
