Somebody told me that this guy friend has a crush on me. But I don't know why he suddenly called me sister. What does it mean

I am really not sure what he meant by that. It is not a common term that I have heard a whole lot. Sounds like a term of endearment perhaps. Why not ask him what he meant by it? That is what I would do.

If he does have a crush on you, it would reason to stand that there would be a bunch of other signs that he does and not just the fact he called you sister. There would likely be flirting and other things trying to get your attention.

Has he flirted with you at all? Do you have any other indication he has a crush other than just someone speculating that he does? More importantly, do you like him? If so, there are a number of things you can do to send some signals that you are interested.

If you are not interested in the guy, really doesn't matter why he called you that or if he does have a crush on you.
