I’ve been flirting with this guy for the past few weeks. We’ve been flirting with each other and he has even talked about sex and having kids with me. He thinks that I’m talking to other guys and constantly ask me if I am talking to other guys which he gets angry. I made my intentions clear that I liked him and he was fine with it and seemed to like me back. Today we were talking and he randomly told me I was like a little sister or family member to him. It really crushed me and I don’t want to talk to him anymore. what should I do?
Given the nature of what you’ve previously spoken about, I doubt he actually sees you as a sister but it’s his way of relaying that he really doesn’t want anything serious happening with you. There’s no mistake that he was very wrong and misleading for his actions, there’s no reason to go to the extent of talking about starting a family with you but not actually mean it. But in any case, there was clearly some misinterpretation. If I were you I would just stick to your plan and cut him off.

How old are you guys?
If in bracket of 16-22. He's probably said that in an immature rage. I've seen many such incidents. He did mention if you talk with other guys, maybe he's insecure about it? (Totally not suggesting that it's a good thing but possible it's the case). People especially immature ones end up saying things they don't mean and will regret later.
Happened with me when I later enquired about it to my ex (when we started dating months later). She said she was getting frustrated over why I don't ask her out and said that in an impulse.
Ask him if he really sees you as a family member or sister because you've made it clear that you are interested in other ways than just friendship
I wouldn't talk with him anymore. That's too weird.
