Why is that my boyfriend follows all of these hot chicks online but doesn’t like my photos?

I recently discovered he’s been following all of these hot chicks that are fit and have a sexy figure 🍒🍑, and even found out he’s been watching live naked girls on Instagram. It really messes with my head. I have had two conversations about it with him.. first time he told me that he doesn’t: talk to them, doesn’t send them money or comment. He just likes to watch. Then I asked him “is there something that I’m not giving you? And that’s why your following and looking at all of these thirst trap girls?” And he replied “No, it’s nothing about you.”
Anywho the conversations I had with him (I’m not bringing it up again, because I’m simply suppose to get over it), it doesn’t get far and I feel disrespected in a way.. like I’m his girlfriend for one, second; I don’t go and follow a bunch of hot dudes that are thirst traps, and third he shouldn’t be following of these girls in the first place when he’s in a relationship. **Break up isn’t an option, it’s not like he’s cheating or what not** I’m just ranting and maybe I’m just insecure or something I don't know. How do I better the situation? How do I get his attention away from those girls on Instagram and twitter? He used to like my pictures on social media and used to compliment me more often, but he doesn’t like my pics anymore and rarely get compliments from him.
