So I got this male friend and everytime whe go out to party he flirts with me and kiss me, and we have never talked about it, just pretend it does not happened. The thing is that every normal day we are friends, like actually friends with no flirts or anything, but if we go out we will kiss and its just have become something we both know its going to happened I dont understand why we do it, im confused.

What do you mean what does it mean? Are you kidding? You go out. You're partying. He gets horny. So do you probably. You kiss. Then in the light of day you're sober about it. Repeat.

It means that when you party (and I assume drink) you get sexually attracted to each other, or at least attracted enough to kiss.

Stop being confused: you are at least 50% part of this.

But if you're really confused, you need to -- when you're both sober and not partying -- say to him, hey, this happens whenever we party. What's up? What are we? What do we want to be. AND, when you ask him that -- be ready with YOUR answer for what you want you guys to be.
