What does it mean when a guy stares at you while talking to other girls?

There’s this guy at my work who, for about a week or two, has been staring at me when some of the other girls are talking to him. Does that mean anything? I’m aware that it probably doesn’t but I thought I should ask incase I’m missing something as I’m known in my friend group to be the one that’s blind to when a guy shows any interest in me.

Or he's trying to send you a work message like "support me in the next meeting".

Gonna keep this advice in mind, however it is a church summer day camp and the only meetings we have are just about the schedules or about any help that the church might need that we could provide or about the children’s safety.

That's hard to believe if you know when he's staring at You, let's not forget the side vision is clearer than you think so when you do look and he isn't face back his back towards you, he can most likely see you looking, you look at him 3 times at least and you have his attention

You do realize that you can see things in the corner of your eye without looking at them, right? Like right now I’m looking at my phone (obviously) but I can see the trash can next to me even though I’m not looking at it. I can see the makeup wipes that are in front of me without looking at them.

Yes and it's hard to explain but it's noticeable, I know cause saw a shy girl I knew from school doing the same at a Wal-Mart and it was noticable, her pupils and eye wasn't necessarily fully looking straight if that's what you believe it looks like, you can see like have of her eye and when she looks straight you only see 1/3 of it, that's how I knew she was looking at me through the peripheral that's of course after she stared at me before already but you can see it, mostly if the pupils move recklessly, because they bounce around between looking forward and then turn a little, I'm sure you ain't slick either and that dude knows 😂

Knows what? That I glanced at him and saw him staring? Cause we’re pretty much always in the same room cause one of the campers in my group gets really upset whenever she’s not with him and I glance at everybody there at least once. Most of the time I’m just watching the campers and I see him out of the corner of my eye cause he’s like over 6’ (I only know this cause I’m 5’10” and this guy kinda towers over me) and all of the camp counselors have to wear bright blue shirts. Kinda hard not to notice him.
