Is it right that guys can't focus if they pick girl characters in gaming , if yes , then why do they pick them in the first place?

No, but he might get distracted by a gamer girl or even a guy pretending to be a gamer girl. You can get all kinds of loot from guys by pretending to be a gamer girl. 😆
