Why would a guy tie a girl’s shoelaces?

There is this guy I am having a crush on recently. I was on a hike last week, and this guy who was guiding us was helping people in some places where it’s difficult to walk. It was my turn and he helped me just like everyone else, then he told me to tie my shoelaces so I bended to do so, but he said let me help you, I told him no it’s okay because I was shy ( i am not used to guys doing this) but he was like nooo it’s normal let me help you and he tied them. I never saw him doing this to other girls so I’m not sure about this behavior. Plus, there were a few eye contacts with smiles on other trips and he only talks to me or do eye contacts when there’s nobody around. I actually have a crush on him, so I’m not sure if I’m overthinking things or if it actually means something? What do you think?
