My boss sent me a private message at 11 pm just to insult me! And say I should find another job!

He got away with it cause the higher ups like him! While my friend gave a black man a banana he asked for and left it on his desk got fired instantly and the black man got her job!

For sure. I guess it would be a little demanding of him to expect me to address a work situation at 10pm. The funny thing is he is the least demanding person ever and very easy going.
