Why do men have the highest Self-deletion rate?

I am a Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Armed Forces. Veteran suicide is now so bad that there is a Veterans Suicide hotline, as there should be FOR ALL suicides. It is a National TRAVESTY that while congress bickers about who is in charge, our Federal system neglects suicidal and homeless veterans.

All the while freshly minted illegals are provided the following free of charge - transportation to a destination of their choice, shelter, food, medical aid and acclimation assistance. Additionally I would like to add that most, not all; have absolutely NO intention of learning American English nor acclimating into our society. They will set-up a system by which they will not pay taxes, further depriving the very system that prevented them from starving and freezing to death on the streets.

I fail to understand how our Federal GOVT would AID illegals and foreign entities before they AID the Veteran who has proven their allegiance to our Nation. Baffling, simply Baffling! They TRULY have neglected priorities.

I did a research paper in college trying to prove that single people are as emotionally/mentally healthy as mated people. I did this because I was single at the time and someone had implied to me that this was not the case. Well what I found was that I was wrong. Not only that, but while women and men but do worse alone, men do MUCH worse. One reference I used in the paper refered to women making more frequent attempts at suicide, but men being "more brutal and effective". I think the major factor is that men very rarely ask for help. We set ourselves up. Have unrealistic expectations of ourselves and often poor support systems.

I believe men are raised with a singular consciousness and women are raised with a dual consciousness because you need a dual consciousness to systematically integrate child birth and mother hood into your self choice and personal objectives in life so when a single consciousness person becomes mentally inflamed by an event in their life, they feel like there is no consolation prize because they only have one objective, but when a woman feels inflamed by a single event in her life, she has other motives and objectives that can console her and help her cope with the loss of her singular initial objective, and this is why women have lower suicide rates then men.

Men usually don't find help for themselves. Also majority of mens self deletion are trans folks who transitioned and are regretting chopping of their privates

I don't know the numbers but it seems like I've heard or I've read somewhere that women do attempt suicide a lot, maybe as much as men, maybe even more.

Men just kill themselves. They do it in a way that it kills them. Women often just send out a cry for help, they'll take a bunch of sleeping pills or something to where they are discovered, taken to the hospital and their stomach is pumped.

Men actually use lethal means. Gunshot to the head, hang themselves, leave the car on while in the garage.

Women use less violent means and live through it more.

They say men have higher suicide rates because they keep their emotions bottled up whereas women let them out. I don't disagree with that. The part I do disagree with is that this is a function of pressure from society for men to keep their emotions to themselves. I think it is a function of nature. Throughout the history of the human race mens' role has been very different from womens' role. Women could afford to be emotional, men could not. So it isn't pressure from society that makes men hold their emotions inside, it is a natural instinct.

Women actually attempt suicide more than men but men tend to use more violent means and thus are more "successful." Indeed , probably the best argument for gun control would be the suicide rates of men, but no one wants to talk about that..

No one cares about them and society has been telling them that they are inherently bad for being born male. Also women are usually either too incompetent to successfully self-delete or they make a poor attempt just to get attention.

Yeah they do. My friend was a first responder to over 100 suicides when he was a cop out in Wyoming
