Went on a date with my neighbor and I’m now confused?

So my neighbor asked me out for drinks and I said yes we had a good time at the bar we were laughing and making conversation. After that we went back to his apartment and we watched a movie and then made out. He texts me the next morning asking to hang out the next day and I agree so I went over to his place and we watched another movie and ate food and made out at the end again and he told me I could spend the night if I’d like but I went home. The next day I texted him and said I had a good time we should hang out again and he said “ definitely I’m down” and he started a little conversation over text but then he just stopped replying. I’m so confused? Why would he stop replying to me when he told me he had a good time he even told me I was a good kisser and had great lips. Like did I do something wrong?
