This person just stares at me I have him for many classes were not friends or anything we just exchange some conversations sometimes, like when we talk, he stares just at me. The weird part is when I see him looking, he just looks at me he does not even look away like a normal person would if they got caught staring, he does not even move his eyeballs away. another weird/ creepy thing is he does not smile while looking at me he has not facial expression it is just blank, like maybe this guy is a creep I don't know. Oh, I forget it would be like an intense stare, but it was not a hate stare. If the answer is yes, please explain if no explain also. Thank You!

If he is staring at you, there is something about your appearance that fascinates him... for better or worse... Maybe he thinks you look good. Maybe he thinks you look disturbing. Maybe he is trying to read your t-shirt, if you are wearing a t-shirt with text on it (happens more often than you'd think). But by the sound of it he utterly lacks any sort of self-awareness, and it isn't you he is having opinions about so much as your physical appearance.

Maybe you should ask him rather than us.

Yeah, we have many classes together, in one of my classes he is my seating partner.

Right. You're 36-45 years old so I assume it isn't for your GED. Are you in professional classes put on by work to advance your career path, are you in carpentry classes because that's a shared hobby? Pottery classes because you both use the same kiln? Ancient architecture classes because you both are interning and the museum. Gotta paint the scene for me because that changes the answer.
