Whatever works for them. My best friend calls me "Little Man" sometimes because she was bigger than I was when we met (I was four, she was five). I do not mind, even though I'm now around 10 inches taller than she is and can bicep curl her.
I hate hearing girls call guys "bruh" or any if the bromance terms, but especially when she's calling her own boyfriend that. It is so gross and unfeminine.
