I saw my boyfriend has liked this girl’s stories a few times over the last few months. Sometimes he likes her photos and sometimes some things she posts.

Would you consider yourself to be cheating if you really liked a male actor and followed everything there about, I don't think so, it can't be cheating unless he's actively attempting to be with this girl. Your second question is he interested in her. Probably, again put yourself in his shoes here, would you follow something or someone your not interested in? I wouldn't. Really I wouldn't worry about anything. Your boyfriend is most likely not cheating.

if she’s posting nature or places or anything but not herself than he’s okay. but if she likes many photos of her then i would be worried. however it also deoens if they’re friends or if they know each other

He likes pictures of her and lved up quotes that she posts. For instance once he liked a quote “God will compensate you with someone who looks like you and who’s purity matches the purity of your heart”. And another time he liked a quote “I can’t do modern world relationships, if you love me then marry me”. And another time it was “Become my friend and immortalise my love”. And sometimes he randomly likes images and videos of her on her private story.
