That is hard to say. Honestly, him picking up your keys and opening up doors for you could just him being a gentleman. I would do that for any girl myself. Does he do this for other girls or just you? But they have a lovely night messages that would be more of a sign of flirting. And him calling you very nice in front of people. Could go either way.
