- He noticed that i dropped an item, and he picked it up while maintaining eye contact.

- He sent me " have a lovely night! message with a smiley

- He called me "very nice" in front of others

- he opens doors for me

HE is also my supervisor occasionally. Is he just being nice and friendly?

so this question could’ve totally been written by me because i overthink these things just as much.

If im being totally honest these are just little things, yes they’re cute and yes they’re sweet but if i were you i would just assume he’s being friendly.

if he genuinely likes you he’s gonna do something about it, maybe he won’t straight up tell you but he should make it clear maybe by asking you out for drinks or taking an interest in something you do that goes beyond the workplace.

however, you could always ask him out for a drink in a friendly manner and just see where things go from there!
