Hi,

So I just started a new job and I've become acquainted and introduced myself professionally to everyone and days have gone by but I'm still new. Well, there is this one guy on the job who came up to me a few days after I had started working there and shook my hand, and said hello. I've already worked with him before. So I shook his hand back and was like hello and thought nothing of it, thinking no big deal. Well, he keeps shaking my hand when I come to work and I'm thinking to myself why does he keep doing that? He also shook my hand the first time and why he had to keep coming back doing that. The other guys that I work with don't do that they speak and go on, some of them don't speak but it's not intentional, they have no issue with me, they just carry on with their job which is no problem in my opinion, I do the same sometimes but this one guy keeps shaking my hand at work and one day on lunch break I randomly looked back and he was sitting over there staring at me. I'm not sure what to make of all of that but yeah that's how he's been acting. What do you all think is going on here? Is he just being nice or whats with the constant hand-shaking? I don't see him do that to others, well at least I haven't seen him do that to others, to my knowledge. He speaks to me all of the time which is fine but the hand-shaking thing constantly was throwing me off.
