Why does this guy want to go on a morning date so bad? It’s our first date?

We matched on an app and have been having really great conversation. He asked me out last Saturday for a morning date and I couldn’t make it, so I said maybe end of week this week on an evening or next weekend and we agreed this weekend and now he is saying either Sunday or Saturday morning. He works on week days so it isn’t a work issue. He hasn’t brought up any reason otherwise why a morning date but I haven’t asked. I don’t like morning dates because I feel more social and outgoing later in the day, my personality is better later in the day.
why the morning date? And it isn’t breakfast, it’s for coffee which he is very specific about too.

At best, he is more social or energized during the day and wants to put his best foot forward.

At worst, he has a wife and child to return to at night and can't risk being found out.
