We made out on Friday.
It was all good in my opinion, but he was in hurry to go to the gym. It was 7PM.
I messaged before he entered the building and then it was it.
He hasn't reached out since then.
Should I do it? He also left my last message on delivered (it was me saying "you have time"). Possibly has read it throughout the notifications.

if he is your boyfriend send him a message as that should always be ok
if not - it’s more tricky as he is maybe under no obligation to reach out anyways?
Cannot say for sure, we act like a couple, but he never put the label on it... so

I’d still be inclined to reach out with a very casual message and see how the response is.
Is he usually good at keeping in touch or is this a bit unusual?
Maybe it’s also time to clarify your relationship status at some point soon - that should make things more straightforward though I know it can be hard to bring that up - so not judging at all
He can go days sometimes without contacting me... and he is fine with it. I complained about it and he said "that doesn't mean I don't care about you, I'm just like that... have other activities and people in my life".
It sounds like you both want rather different things from this undefined “relationship”
And you already know why he isn’t messaging you. That being the case I am not sure I’d even reach out again.
And he doesn’t seem to mind/ understand that this is upsetting for you.
I’d re-evaluate if this is giving you the relationship you want.
We spoke about it and I told him I'm not okay and he was like (except the words above) "you will see a lot more"... basically he isn't willing to act accordingly. He likes this situation and it is satisfying for him.
And I said "sometimes I'm the only one texting and calling". He says "you are reaching out, why are you upset about it... we are talking". Like what's the deal, I'm reaching, he is responding... there is no problem.
