I hooked up (2×) with this guy a few years ago. We only talked to each other through facebook, but we lost touch in the past 2 years. I don't go online as often anymore and rarely post anything. I posted a picture last night and he liked it, something he never, ever did before even when we were talking.

Does he want to start talking again? I don't want to start talking again if it means nothing.

Over liking a picture... you young people have lost your minds. If he wanted to 'talk to you' again, he would. Guys don't hint crap like that. by the way, if you want to go out with him then go on a simple date. The 'talking stage' is useless and nearly always messes things up.
