I believe the bible says in both the Jewish section and the Christian section, that you should let people know if they've transgressed your boundaries so that they can correct their behaviour or stop behaving in bad ways.

Both the sections say this honesty should be limited to reasonable people and not people that will harass you or hate you if you are frank with them.

If I know an unreasonable person I will pay lip service rather than arguing my point cause I know they are not intelligent enough to consider people's views. I won't pretend to agree, but I will end the conversation cause they are not intelligent enough to consider my views.

It depends. If for negative emotions you mean hat you scream and involve the quiet of your home environment, and are aggressive with your wife/kids then yes. Both ways man and woman.
