Why do men become mean to you when they don’t like you?

Some men can be very rude about it for no reason but others will respectfully tell you they are not just interested. Some might be upset and only seem like they are being mean if a girl is not getting the hint or just won't leave him alone when he's clearly not interested.

I know, right? I get tons of pushback for my prepared response to her lack of interest in any physical intimacy,, and I love doing this --- if we encounter one another relatively often, I put forth a strong effort to make myself available for literally any task, errand or favor she may need done, and if I put out the vibe that I really truly want to do this for her, with no connection to her refusing to be intimate with her, I feel so satisfied and fulfilled Best of all, she's quite likely to begin having me do other tasks, and ultimately, she might just dump a huge amount of work on me, because it's so convenient.

He kind of ghosted me and when he did call after I reached out numerous times and he did apologize but he basically said he was stressed and he had other priorities

It depends. Some guys don't do that at all. Others do it to deal rejection. Some do it because they were only being nice because that want to fuck.
