Guys, did you ever beat up someone and why?

I have defended myself quite aggressively with physical violence on several occasions in the past, and the persons who attacked me initially might characterize what I did as "beating them up", but I don't really see it that way. I have never initiated violence against anyone, but people who initiate it against me are going to receive it - in abundance - in return.

I will also note that I have never had even a single issue following these incidents with the people who initiated violence. In a couple of cases, I'm not convinced that two of them ever even looked my direction again.

No not really, no one has ever really came up and tried to assault me or anything, I usually talk my way out of a verbal argument… fighting can be costly so I’ll only do it if I really have no other choice… when you have 2 grown men that know how to throw proper punches shit can get bad…. Not worth it
