Men, have you regretted losing a good women to your ego?

1. Have heard many many try to hide emotions, as measure to not get hurt.

2. Pulling away from women who loves you and your family with whole heart and chase women that barely values you.

3. Chase unavailable women to dismiss the feeling of love for the women who loves you

4. Being jerk to her all day so she isn’t around you

For #1, a lot of men do hide their emotions, but like you said, it's to avoid getting hurt. More often than not, showing emotion tends to bite men in the ass. Women are rewarded for showing emotion with compassion and empathy, and men are punished for showing emotion with ridicule, emasculation, and heartbreak. And because of that, men learn to become more stoic. Even if they're not conscious of it, a lot of women lose respect for men who show their weakness or vulnerability because they seem less secure, strong, and overall masculine. They say the want their men to show their emotions, but that's only true if it's the right emotions shown in the right way, at the right time. They use it as a weapon against their men during arguments to hurt them, and they'll cheat on them or leave them for more "manly" men.

Of course I'm generalizing here and it's usually not as extreme as that, but you get the idea. Men don't hide their emotions because of their ego, they hide them because they'll genuinely be hurt for showing them.

1. Have heard many many try to hide emotions, as measure to not get hurt. Sadly a lot of men hide their feelings / emotions because they are taught it is a sign of weakness, being a sissy & mamma’s boy. One of my female classroom aides said. “Stop crying boys don’t cry” which made me cry more….

You don’t know what you had until it is gone, sadly some men need to learn that lesson. Others get a kick from it and others are just horny then succumb to their urges when they should’ve been open with their girlfriend.
4. Being jerk to her all day so she isn’t around you. Very tough for some people to grapple onto, I’ve seen women like that and men don’t want to deal with them….

Never done these things, just from what I’ve seen though my school aide did push that hurtful bottling down of emotions into me however I will never stop showing my emotions.

Good women avoid men with ego issues from the beginning so I'm sure they don't lose them but never have them to begin with

Would require an ego to lose women. Many women however have had the ego and regretted rejecting me when I was younger. Always enjoy seeing them crawl back sniveling to be accepted after they were dismissive of me 20 years ago. Many of them touting children and more problems than 1 can shake a stick at. And they think they are worthy of anything. I got into a relationship that resulted in marriage almost 20 years ago they should have thought about their future when I offered it to them then. Now I am happily married with 3 beautiful children and an amazing wife and retired for coming up on 5 years.

Not really but I do see people loose good men and women.

Though a lot of people think they are a lot better then they are. They feel jealous so they want to make someone else feel jealous even if they have moved on. A lot of times this can lead to obsessed stalking of another individual.

It’s best to allow yourself to grieve, move on, and get professional help as needed. Don’t focus on them especially if they aren’t focused on you. If they regret it. It’s on them

Most people I reject I’m happy I did. In fact I’m more glad I didn’t approach certain women… Seeing who they really are.

Not to sag there isn’t good women or people in general. I’m pretty selective. I’m nice about it if I have to reject someone. But again selective. And I don’t regret any of it…

I've ended 100% of the relationships I've ever been in. Because they weren't good women. No ego involved. I'm sure those women's egos had convinced themselves that one of your four scenarios was reality though.

And the reason men keep their emotions from their women is because we all know it means we'll get bullied over it or cheated on.

I'm not changing my personality to suit a woman. If she doesn't like my ego, she can find another man who has an ego she likes. There are plenty of women who like me just the way I am.

This goes to a broader issue of women trying to change men. Don't try. It doesn't work. If a man has something about him that you can't live with, he isn't the man for you.

men try to hide emotions. women try to twist and turn statements about emotions for psychological warfare and gaslighting. that's why we do it. we wanna give them less ammunition. cause men typically react with violence. they are ill-equipped to deal with insidious mental abuse.

I've never actually been with a good women, I seem very attracted to girls with very bad pasts according to my history at least.

However I'll go through your points with my experiences;

1. Yes I've done this, I try not to now but I still tend to.

2. I'd never do this, I want a wife and family.

3. Never done that.

4. I've only done this once and it was over a grudge.

Can you define "ego"? Many people mistake it for a synonym to self esteem, which it is not.

Everything you listed commonly happens as a result of low self esteem.

Yeah, just because you love someone doesn't mean they will love you back. In all of your scenarios it's one sided love. So no he wouldn't regret losing you.
