Why every guy calls me sis?

So, here is this thing. Each and every guy I met in life , calls me sis or didi as you say in hindi at least once in a conversation. It's not bad being called sis, since it avoids any misunderstanding of feelings. Butttt!! It still annoyss me sooo muchhh. Like bro why the hell everyone call me sis. Every other dude. Am I universal sis?
