How should I treat him?

Ok so I met this guy and we have been texting. He started liking my stories and then said eid Mubarak to me lol a classic way to slide in someone’s dm. Anyways a month later he asked me out telling me how he loves me. I told him it’s too early and he said u shouldn’t have responded we are in this u can’t end it due to some shit reason. And he kept asking me out again. I told him I don’t want a relationship and he said fine let’s stay in a situationship now for now. And he keeps telling me don’t u dare leave me. Asks me to see him. Tells me he wanna buy me flowers and take me out. For the last 2 days he has been acting super Mia responding after a day or hours and he told me he was busy Cz a family member is in hospital. I don't know I don’t wanna buy it. And he has always sucked at communication. He apologised to me and also one thing to mention he says sorry a lot but then he also has big ass ego. I told him why don’t u go talk to someone else because he called me unromantic and he got so bad. And said how dare I don’t wanna be with someone else. He’s super weird. Help me out guys
