Why do I make this grown man so uncomfortable?

There’s this guy at work and it’s weird with him because he weirdly avoids me or acts weird around me. So we have meal slips at my desk for all employees to fill out and he often waits for me to walk away from the desk to fill one out. He’s in maintenance and is the maintenance assistant and follows the maintenance supervisor around and today I had to talk to the maintenance supervisor and the guy was right next to him. When I was trying to talk to the maintenance supervisor the guy standing next to him ( who I’m talking about - the maintenance assistant ) looked around awkwardly at first and then got on his phone. Also he’s blushed a couple times while talking to me before. So today the delivery guy came in who I occasionally chat with and the maintenance assistant guy was near the fireplace trying to fix it and as I was talking to the delivery guy and focused on him the maintenance assistant was looking at us while talking and I’m not just saying glancing but he was staring me down hard while I was focused on the delivery guy ( who is conventionally attractive ). Why does he act so weirdly?
