The most useful advice I ever got was don't talk about your problems with others cause there are people with bad intentions or unfair standards who will judge you for having problems or be happy you have problems or use your problems to exploit you and take advantage of you or use your problems to ruin your reputation if you annoy them or threaten their intentions.
