Do men still crush on married woman?

There this young lad at work I'd say he's 21ish and he's so sweet and cute I'm sure he'll make some girl very happy one day but not me obviously as I'm 26 and happily married.

He reminds me a lot of a young Prince Harry. He's very tall and ginger and very posh. I had to train him on something at work and he was very chatty with me and I told him pretty early on but I was married because it came up in conversation and most people at work know I'm married because people seem to think it's shocking but a 26 year old is married with a house yet there all having kids at 18 or cheating on there partners.

We got talking and found out we have friends in common and I asked him what he was studying at uni. He's a cancer research student. I was really impressed as most uni students I come across are studying useless subjects and I said "wow good for you, you must be very smart" trying to be supportive and nice. He went bright red in the face and smiled.

Then his friend came by and kept teasing him and he kept dropping stuff on the floor in front of me and he went all red again.

Then I went on my break and so did he. I left him to sit with his friends whilst I called my mum up to check on her and I could see him stairing at me and smiling.

Today he came up to me and went all red and shy again whilst asking me how I was.

I'm very flattered as it's been a long time since anyone besides my husband has shown interest but I would never go there obviously. I just think it's funny as we've all been through that awkward stage in are life's bless him.

I'm a very maternal person even at 26 and I feel like I've got to look out for the younger colleagues so I wouldn't be nasty to him about it.

It's just I thought most men would stay as far away as possible from married woman and know better but I don't think he has any Intentions just a crush
