Why do guys who sleep around think they deserve a woman who doesn't?

Hypocrisy, but I think the reason they'd give is that guys are like salesmen and women are like customers. If a salesmen sold to everyone they sold to, they'd be seen as amazing salesmen, but if a customer bought from every salesmen they'd be seen gullible or having little will power.

Personally I'd see them as rich lol. I think it's a really simple way at looking at this kinda thing, but it's how guys have explained it to me.
