We met at work and soon became colleagues. He would often ask me to catch up everytime we spoke on the phone. He always used to give me these big smiles whenever he saw me. Well he is ignoring me now, I don't know how to react. Later I found out he has a girlfriend. I'm not sure if I'm angry or sad because I feel like he kinda leads me on. Why is he doing that? Why can't he just cut me off completely from him? I stopped talking to him now.

This is equally a human experience not unique to one type of person no matter their gender. For every human on the planet from saints to serial killers. They have an internal narrative. That narrative never ever bills themselves as the villain of their own story. Meaning words without deeds are common and when most people use them as tests for interpersonal relationships it always results in disappointment you will never properly recognize your own failings things that you have said and done that don't quite match. It's not the behavior but the importance of the issue to you. So if it's a really important issue to you. Make it a deal breaker. If not let it go somewhere someone is giving you a pass for your failings.
Girl, how many times are you going to talk about this? There’s several other coworkers and other duties to focus on at work rather than this one person who isn’t interested in creating some robust friendship with you. I say robust because it’s evident you won’t be pleased until he’s talking to you how he does everyone else and that’s just so childish. Not everyone is going to wanna be your friend and that’s OK, maybe once your grow up a bit you will accept this and move on from your obsession with this dude.
Look like he did cut you off and you refuse to accept it
I once ghosted him for two months and he commented on my status praising about my singing after that, why is that so?
