Gave guy my phone number and he never texted me?

I asked my coworker if he's seeing anyone. He said he wasn't but really wanted to, and that its been hard since he's been working a lot. I then asked if he was willing to grab some coffee and he smiled and said yes. I gave him my number and he wrote it on a sticky, and I left.

A few days later I see him at work and neither of us mentioned it and he hasn't messaged me anything. I understand he is busy which isn't my issue. I think its the fact that im thinking he wasn't interested and he was just being kind.

I think so too, I understand we barely have time at work to talk about personal lives but I don't know something in my gut is telling me he’s actually not interested and doesn't want to make things awkward. I also didn't bring it up nor acted any differently.
