My wife and I worked different shifts. At 11:00 I would usually turn in because 5:00 am early. My wife often did not come to bed until 3:00 am. She would spoon me while I slept which is amazing. If she was in the mood she would wake me. I thought that it was odd that I always felt rested and did not seem to miss the sleep.

Never had that chance, always i was the one doing it! The most that i had was a weirdo that she would fall asleep with her finger in my ear😂😂😂, i know sounds weird, but that was the only way she would do to me in order for her to fall asleep...😅😂

Doesn't happen often - I'm almost always the big spoon - but it can be nice. Except now, during the summer when it's over 100°F. It's too damn hot to be spooning! We have to maintain about 12 inches of separation or we will melt. I'm negotiating with her landlord to let me install a small AC unit in her bedroom...

It can be a nice feeling. Usually I being the tall one and she being more prone to feeling cold, I have traditionally been "the big spoon."
