Fight for sole custody and move FAR away. Cut communication with him. Don't even read his manipulative, insulting, and gaslighting message unless it's about what time to swap your daughter. Arrange with your lawyer that the child swap gets done at a police station that way he won't be allowed to talk to you.

I’m not familiar with legal workings, but I’d assume that if you wanted full custody or some sort of modified visitation it would take a bit of time. I’d just press the fact that your kid is in immediate danger and maybe they’d be able expedite some sort of motion to keep him away, at least while they investigate your claims. Again though, I’m not a lawyer, so I can really just send you hope that something can be done quickly.
