While at work last week a guy around late 30’s to mid 40’s came into my job and started filling out paperwork to ship wine through our company. He looked up at me and called me over to ask a question and proceeded to touch himself. I’m very disgusted, I’ve made sure to double down on the clothes that I wear, such as baggier clothes and things that cover everything. That day I wore an oversized long sleeve and a pair of baggy cargo pants, no skin shown expect for my face hands and neck. As soon as I called my coworker over to tell her that I didn’t want to help the man any more, he told her that he’d rather be helped be me while still touching himself.
this situation has made me want to hide from men as a whole, I know not every guy does this but now I lowkey traumatized by it. And feel like every dude that comes into my job is thinking thoughts about me and it’s making me want to ask my manager not to allow me to help men at my job anymore.

You describing him touching himself doesn't mean much was he just adjusting himself, was he grabbing his crotch suggestively, was it an itch, was he putting his hand down his pants to have a quick tug?
I suspect he was probably just adjusting himself in which case some times that is just required some guys are better at concealing what they are doing compared to others.
My suggestion is just accept it's going to happen in some situations you may be able to make a joke of it (something like shall I grab a pair of tongues to help with that, or you want a moment to get the snake under control before we continue) laughter is a way of leveling everyone's position in that situation. If you must go to your manager it's going to somewhat discriminatory to to ask to not work with men because of them doing man things.
When it’s happened multiple times by multiple men then no it isn’t discriminatory, it’s using my right to refuse service. By passing them to the next person, they grab there crotches, not adjust themselves. I have brothers, I know what the difference is
Regardless, it ain’t something that should be dismissed as when I walked away he could’ve done that rather than calling me over and doing it where I could see.
Number one call the police most business have video. Number too almost all men can control the urge to not visually molest the women around them. So it should be a daily concern.
No, carry mace next time
