There ARE things you can do to "boost" your overall attractiveness, but in the end, it's too indeterminate. Outside of the DaVinci symmetry parameters, attraction is the most variable of human behaviors. It's truly a case of individuality, even if you stay within accepted norms, because then it becomes cultural as well.

Being physically attractive is out of our control, to a degree. I can't be taller or have a much better body shape. That's something that I can't change. However, I can change how I act and present myself. That is within my power. So, yes, I can become more attractive by doing that. I did and now have a fiancée.

They are largely right. a lot of men are unattractive and there's not much they can do about it. Men who can't get women have always existed. The way they respond to it though is where a lot of them make the mistake of letting it hinder the ability to enjoy life, focusing on other things that can bring them happiness
