It’s more of a spectrum. Getting hard isn’t uncomfortable per se. It’s kind of nice and reassuring, but the harder it gets, the more attention it demands

It’s not so much the foreskin is pushed or pulls back as the head grows past the foreskin as it gets hard. Cut and uncut aren’t so different with full erections

It starts down but needs frequent adjustment. When it starts getting hard, down doesn’t help and sideways is where it’s at. If it’s full erection, straight up is the place to be (hugged by the waistband) or too noticeable and uncomfortable
