Anorexia and bulimia are serious medical conditions. It's great that your boyfriend has helped you see those traits. But unless he's a doctor or nurse, he should leave the help to a medical professional. He can be supportive, but this is a medical problem.
If a girl has a serious eating disorder, it's usually a symptom of a deeper mental health problem. Based on the girls I've known with eating disorders, and my own reading on the subject, I have a few predictions about your background. You probably have some combination of the following:
-Sexual abuse in your childhood. Doesn't have to be a rape. Could be more subtle, systematic abuse, like lots of inappropriate comments about your body, or out-of-line touching.
-Intrusive parents. Mom and dad expected a lot of you, or didn't allow you to make decisions. Didn't have much privacy as a kid.
-High achiever. Did you feel driven to get good grades and recognition in school or sports?
-Sports involvement, especially dance, running or gymnastics. Competitive, high-pressure expectations. Your weight and stats were regularly measured and commented on.
-Some Obsessive-Compulsive traits. Do you often count things repetitively? Have to wash your hands a lot? Have to check the front door lock *exactly* four times each night?
Do any of those things sound familiar?
As I remember, medical experts think that experiences like those can sort of re-program your brain and bring out eating disorders. If you feel like you have no control in your life (due to abuse, over-involved parents, etc), you kind of try to gain control over your body in an unhealthy way. This is why people with eating disorders need medical and mental health care. Their bodies and minds need attention.
Good luck.

There was only one guy who really cared about me and he told me I needed to cut the Sh** and stop and every time we had a concert I would sit next to him but it just made it worse because I have deep feelings for him but he did try to help and I still have the issue and it sucks
