I rarely drink anything except water, but I barely drink that too so I think I just need to increase my water intake because it is extremely low. Will increasing my liquid intake help me lose?
Solid point. When you start reading labels, it shows how much weight you can add on with just drinks. So many people, it seems, only consider what they eat, and they don't stop to realize they are drinking a ton of calories as well.

Possibly, but increasing liquid intake will only decrease bloating.

Water, occasional liquor and occasional Italian soda. You actually get a lot of drink at very low calorie : )
I drink almost exclusively water, several pints a day, and I'm still fat.
You also need to not eat food with high quantities of sugar (for example McDonald's burgers)

You're right. I've heard of people that just stopped drinking soda that did lose weight though.
I like juice too much to give it up! I drink mostly tea and water though... but juice is my treat <3

Your caloric intake is too much. Try only 1500 cal a day
Try using Myfitnesspal. com it tracks everything you eat and drink and helps you to lose weight quickly. It works really well for me
