I work out fairly regularly (run 3 days a week, hit the gym a few times as well, also do a little yoga) and I have a classic "warrior's build" not jacked, small but cut arms, big calves, etc. But I do it for the right reasons, I enjoy it, I like what it does both to and for me (better stamina, etc.) But ultimately there's a health benefit and that can't be discounted. As for gym prices I built a home gym in my garage for about $150.00 so...
I can understand your reasoning for some of these like doing them for other people or simply because it's what's "in." However, it's never a wasted effort to take care of your health. Eating healthy should be everyone's priority and physical fitness can be achieved with moderate exercise. Part of loving yourself is taking care of yourself. If you're not doing that then there is no self love.
that runners diet looks like my diet and I thought it was pretty normal lol. I dont stick to a certain diet , I just try to eat as organic as possible plus I like fresh foods the best. Sugar alters the brain, so too much is not good. The rest I dont care about as long as your active and athletic. Im not into body builders but athletes.
How would you differentiate between body builders and athletes. I get what you're saying in regards to body builders, but not everyone get that jacked.
Yeah I get that, I meant how do you see their bodies. Lean bodies with muscle definition for example, or more buff and atheltic. Athlete could mean anything. Runners don't tend to have any muscles.
@Oram52 athletes tend to be bulky and the usually have way bigger upper bodies than lower. Athletes are more proportionate muscular but not bulky. I can't find the right words to explain it right now but their is a difference between a footballers body and body builder. Personally i prefer soccer players body
The first video is a pretty jacked dude after a lot of training. The second is a fat guy less than a month out of chemotherapy. Pulling exactly the same weight. Being jacked doesn't necessarily equate to athletic ability, being strong or being healthy if they're juicing. A lot of bodybuilders die just as young as fat lads. Those 2 ripped exactly the same weight, but one would get respect and the other wouldn't. Kinda fucked up!
You dont have to look "jacked" for others or to prove a point.
I want to look toned and feminine - I go to the gym, I lift weights, I do squats, that doesn't make me someone who follows whats "in".. that makes me someone who wants to be healthy as well as unique. Nothing wrong with eating healthy food and looking good while doing it. If anything its an accomplishment. Im liking my results.

"Jacked" guys are not even hot anyway. Just having a "good" body doesn't make you hot. The face is most important. I don't mind a bit of abs or slight muscles but i hate overly jacked guys it looks so ugly to me. And i hate when people obsess over what they eat or their health. It really isn't a big deal. I like a guy that can eat some french fries and not cry like a pussy after because he might gain weight! Lol. But i also don't care for the fat guys either. In between is always best.
Find me one guy with over 15% body fat and not so great skin quality because of those French fries who is good looking. You don't have to be jacked but u have to have low body fat and good nutrition to be hot, no doubt about that. U can only make it without that if u have good metabolism but say hello to ageing like a turd when u grow older
Bro... theirs more to life than lifting weights, even though I've just come back from the gym right now lol You see Mr consultant, making lots of money is key.
Haha! I doubt it. Am not saying theirs anything wrong with smashing gym, I'm there like 4 days a week. Although its mandatory in my life for me to improve my health reasons why I go, not to go out and show off. All am saying is there's better things in life to focus my energy on rather than sculpting my body and not only just making money
You don't have to become jacked. You can do whatever you want. Just expect to be with girls that don't appreciate health or fitness as a hobby. I could never date someone who thinks like you.
@Jaded214 Jaded you are really talking about maturity? You're literally attacking everyone that doesn't carry the same views as you. You just attacked another user saying she needs to grow up. You're just mad because you got out of a relationship so now you carry a giant rod up angus. That's right I saw your post that one time.
@Fearless_banana I said something to 2 people but yes, I'm attacking everyone. And of course you saw the post. It's not a secret that I just got out of a relationship. Do you want a cookie for bringing that up? You're the one attacking people for literally no reason.
It's sad and scary to see so many health freaks, all that healthy eating and exercising, soon everybody will be doing it. It's pointless and unhealthy. We need to keep everyone fat, weak and out of shape filling themselves with junk.
Good for you I'm with you on this mate. Look at that food yuk, I have to enjoy my food to eat. And women who obsess over appearances and are shallow are just trash. Plus no woman is worth all that.
Lol... I'm a gym junkie (check my profile) and women don't always go for that shit. Women go after bad boys, popular dudes or the combination. Behaviour, not muscles make you that. Being bigger does give you more confidence. That always helps.
It does man. Mine not so much with women, but im fit and can do a lot of things physically. it also boosts your endorphins. I always gym when I feel down. It's like a mood booster.
More dedicated than your average. Been tossing a coin to get steroids or not. Wanna get bigger! Why? So i can look even more intimidating in the event somebody tries to steal my beloved beer. Priorities man.
Then don't. That's a serious commitment -- not the kind of thing you'd put to a (literal or proverbial) coin flip.
If you take anabolics, you have to change the way you train, the way you eat, and the way you do a whole bunch of other things, too -- and you have to be taking the right auxiliaries to prevent permanent fuck-ups of yr hormonal balance. This is not coin-flip territory.
@redeyemindtricks you probably gonna shake your head at me for the 331'th time but there is another reason I want steroids. My friends dad is one big, aggressive dude. I've seen him smash hells angels bouncers. I ask my friend if he was a strict dad. He said he wasn't and that he was a normal nice guy when he was young. But gym and the juice got him that way. I'm thinking that if steroids can do this, it may help me with my "nice guy syndrome". I really hate being a nice guy. It's unattractive. I need more "fuck you" in me.
But I'm chaos in my head as it is and I do worry what I may do if I'm on that shit. I may take OP's advice and see a endocrinologist.
I don't care for jacked either. It's up to them. Anything healthy is fine. Sometimes too fitness oriented comes with difficult personalities so it just depends on the person.
Nobody that I know under 30 that is the bare minimum of "jacked" did not use steroids, and I wouldn't bet my life on the rest never using them. Steroids make you fat once you stop using them so it kind of defeats the purpose.
I have heard girls say that big muscles are sexy and seen tons of girls with jacked guys with tattoos, but that is not my main motivation for working out. It my overall health and to be in shape for my daily living.

I understand what you mean. Can you list any fo0tball (soccer) players you think have the kind of body you're describing.
@Oram52 cristiano ronaldo, sergio ramos, mario gotze... etc

So basically you want to be a loser lmao good luck with your life plan to be mediocre
Mediocre he says. Not all successful guys look like Robocop.
This can be dealt with a simple fuck off.
ahaha savage
Bro... theirs more to life than lifting weights, even though I've just come back from the gym right now lol You see Mr consultant, making lots of money is key.
@Indigo91 you have no idea lmao I properly make more money than your parents dude
Probably*

@Indigo91 you'll get there one day lmao
Get where? like Arnold lol
@Indigo91 to being motivated, high income, and sexy duhhh
Yeah fuck the myTake owner. I applaud you over him, consultant.
@sixnineanon lmao yeah it's gag, what else is new
@sixnineanon Let me guess where are you from... America right?
@ConsultantIsBack Read the comments and see where are most people who support this MyTake are from and those who are against it where are they from.
You just proved to me, you're all American trash who care only about getting jacked. Oh and there's world beyond your America by the way.
That's cute, you're just so adorable sweetie
Are you actually bitching about people giving a shit about their health and not being fat?
being jacked doesn't equal being healthy, that being said, nothing wrong with being jacked.
You don't have to become jacked. You can do whatever you want. Just expect to be with girls that don't appreciate health or fitness as a hobby. I could never date someone who thinks like you.
Speak for yourself. I'm fit and care about my health and I'm not falling all over myself over fit guys.
@Jaded214 okay lol that's why I said "I"
You also said expect to be with girls that don't appreciate health or fitness but ok.
@Jaded214 I said expect.. Meaning in my opinion most girls that are into fitness and health like to be with someone who lives the same lifestyle.
Agreed curiousmind
@Jaded214 Jaded you are really talking about maturity? You're literally attacking everyone that doesn't carry the same views as you. You just attacked another user saying she needs to grow up. @Fearless_banana you really need to learn the definition of attacking.
@Fearless_banana I said something to 2 people but yes, I'm attacking everyone. And of course you saw the post. It's not a secret that I just got out of a relationship. Do you want a cookie for bringing that up? You're the one attacking people for literally no reason.
@Jaded214 K
Isn't it really "weird" that most who are against this MyTake are Americans, and those who support it are not? Coincidence huh?
It's sad and scary to see so many health freaks, all that healthy eating and exercising, soon everybody will be doing it. It's pointless and unhealthy. We need to keep everyone fat, weak and out of shape filling themselves with junk.

Confidence? No I don't think so.
It does man. Mine not so much with women, but im fit and can do a lot of things physically. it also boosts your endorphins. I always gym when I feel down. It's like a mood booster.
Real gym-junkie then.
More dedicated than your average. Been tossing a coin to get steroids or not. Wanna get bigger! Why? So i can look even more intimidating in the event somebody tries to steal my beloved beer. Priorities man.

Go to a endocrinologist and get pharma grade. Have him or her keep an eye on you at 33 you should have no problem finding one.
@redeyemindtricks you probably gonna shake your head at me for the 331'th time but there is another reason I want steroids. My friends dad is one big, aggressive dude. Nobody need to be jacked to be hot and there are good points in your take.
But its all about enjoying life , if you enjoy it do it , if not f**k it.
Nobody that I know under 30 that is the bare minimum of "jacked" did not use steroids, and I wouldn't bet my life on the rest never using them. Steroids make you fat once you stop using them so it kind of defeats the purpose.
Agreed about the food. You can eat healthy without having to eat the same three meals everyday. I would die of boredom, personally.
Eating the same each day is not healthy anyway.
@bobbyxx yeah, but that's what those dinguses think because apparently eating clean means eating nothing.
You can eat the most healthy proscribed diet and still die of cancer.
@bobbyxx yeah, you can. Though I don't think that means you shouldn't eat healthy or exercise. I just think that people go overboard.
Real Reasons:
1. You are weak minded
2. You have shitty genetics
3. You are lazy
4. You dislike pain

I hate it when other nations are trying to adopt your trash culture.
Wow... I think you got jacked after writing this whole take 😂
They could look amazing if they would just lift instead of bitching lol
@ConsultantIsBack haha exactly
@ConsultantIsBack It would be a nightmare to me.
That's why I have a 'balanced' life. I agree with you but I still want a good body. I'm doing great :)
I have heard girls say that big muscles are sexy and seen tons of girls with jacked guys with tattoos, but that is not my main motivation for working out. It my overall health and to be in shape for my daily living.
