We can all get bloated sometimes... And I admit, I do some of the things form this list wrong. I drink water like there's no tomorrow and don't really avoid sodium, nor do I eat enough bananas or quinoa. Hopefully, I'll be listening to some of this advice as well as you. xD
*Don't exercise every single day either. My weekends are a complete lazy mess.
So, let's say we'll improve ourselves for our own benefit starting right now!
These tips will surely help you with that pesky bloating problem:
Sip on water regularly. SIP, don't drink like it's your last liter of water you'll ever get.
Avoid too much SODIUM.
Eat BANANAS.
Eat fruits WITH the skin.
Eat QUINOA.
Include more EXERCISE in your daily routine.
Don't drink SODAS.
Do more CRUNCHES and any kind of belly exercises.
Try not to each too much FIBER.
Limit your DAIRY intake.
Get into the habit of eating GREEN LETTUCE, SPINACH and KALE.
