Because that's so far from what some people (like me) want to look like that we'd feel horrendously uncomfortable in a body like that. Though I guess that can be included in "sacrifices".
well maybe college. we'll see. i dont think any girls would like me im just not that special. but whenever i flirt girls dont like me, even tho i have a lot of lady friends i confidently ask them out but no one says yes.
@JenSCDC first of all that was a bad example. Those female rowers dont specifically target muscles to get cut like these ladies are BUT they have STILL lost their shape. A women with a shape is usually compared to a hour glass. When women do these type of workouts they literally lose it and become symmetric. If you lose cellulite you lose the appearance of a curve this is common sense
You know i get women liking muscular men but the amount of men who like muscular women is a small minority. And people should never want to be like someone else but the best version of themselves. Thats encouraging and promoting body dysphora.
So if I want to be a successful business man because there are other successful business men out there does that promote career dysphoria? No it just means that there are things I aspire to be and seeing others do it encourages me to be successful as well.
lol im pretty sure that i said "But remember, fitness is not about being better than someone else, it's about being better than you used to be. It encourage you to BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF." Read the take again, girl XD
Um. You literally said to use someone else's body as example. I dont know if your in the real worls but thaf has literally always lead to mental disorders.
You look thinner but you are in fact heavier so that's why you should NEVER think about weight. www.nerdfitness.com/.../...7-21-at-9.23.11-AM1.jpg This is Staci. She’s 11 pounds HEAVIER (142 pounds) in the picture on the right compared to the picture on the left
@YourFutureEx true. I used to be 118 pounds with no muscles and i look like the girl on the left. now im 125 pounds and i look like this:https://www. crashonline. gr/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/bikini-bikini-body-body-bracelet-Favim. com-3434349. jpg

"What does it kills to have a body like that?" EVERYTHING!
The discomfort would be off the charts!
should've included that. Thanks for the reminding :)
Huh? What do you mean?
vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/.../latest
... No, seriously, I don't get it. :/
Means :" Thank you for reminding that it requires dedication and sacrifices and hard work. I forgot to mentioned that in the take."
Ohhhhh. You thought of it that way; that wasn't exactly what I meant by "discomfort". XD
So what did u mean?
Because that's so far from what some people (like me) want to look like that we'd feel horrendously uncomfortable in a body like that. Though I guess that can be included in "sacrifices".
hmm so you do you
Yup, basically.
good:)) Just do whatever makes you happy.
Thanks!
No problem :))
I agree with all of this but just have one important question!
Do you even lift?
:p .
yes lol You should see my arms
Are they jacked bro?
s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/.../...6f326b4f9f.jpg
looks like this
that is not me in the pic by the way
Thats awsome!
Bet mine are still biger though bro :p
lol can't compete with that
It's not fun and after you do it no girls even want to talk with you anyway.
lol So there is must be something else wrong with your personality... or maybe you're just too shy.
I dont know. I've tried a lot. nothing works. I gave up.
aww c"mon. You can't give up! You're 19!
well maybe college. we'll see. i dont think any girls would like me im just not that special. but whenever i flirt girls dont like me, even tho i have a lot of lady friends i confidently ask them out but no one says yes.
hm work harder. Study harder. Somebody will attract to you
Okay. :P wish me luck
good luck bro!
I'm way ahead of you ! This guy is my boss for Fitness : https://www.jimstoppani.com/
Yeah and health, and living longer lol but I agree, nice take ^^
sorry but weight lifting for females looses there shape and makes their body look manly.
Search for pictures of female rowers. Do they have visible muscles? Yes. Do they look manly? No.
@JenSCDC first of all that was a bad example. Those female rowers dont specifically target muscles to get cut like these ladies are BUT they have STILL lost their shape. A women with a shape is usually compared to a hour glass. When women do these type of workouts they literally lose it and become symmetric. That's fine I can always agree with being the better you. But there is nothing wrong with a sport. As long as it doesn't breed resentment and hate.
@bvictor um you sound so ridiculous. lol. pls know what body dysphora is. lol
I do know what it is "a state of unease or generalized dissatisfaction with life." Nothing ridiculous about what I've said.
Um. You literally said to use someone else's body as example. I dont know if your in the real worls but thaf has literally always lead to mental disorders.
By the way it is disphoria NOT disphora. Not sure why you continue to misspell it.
No a lack of reasoning tends to lead to mental disorders NOT aspiring to be like other people.
@bvictor its dysphora, dysphoric or dysphoria depending how you use it.
And why does it bother you how i spell it? You got no life if that bothers you
@bvictor ok guy ok. Whatever you say. your right is that what you want to hear?
Doesn't bother me. Just shows that you have a lack of understanding. But continue that hole isn't going to dig itself.
This is definitely not for me lol. I don't like muscles on me.
My sister is like 6'5" and lifts to look less lanky. I just started to lift and Im starting to enjoy some of the benefits you listed. I got tighter.
wow she's a giant
the girls pics are so hot , so sexy
lol thanks XD
Good reasons, but I prefer pumping meat
women look as feminine with muscles as men look masculine with boobs.
Only if her muscles are bigger than yours and your boobs are bigger than hers.
Or you could just be born perfect like meee
Well said, spot on.
thanks. Nice bod by the way XD
Thanks, I appreciate it! 😉
The girls in the pictures look like they only do sit ups
Dam.. some of them girls there.
One of the only decent takes on this website.
Great stuff makes perfect sense to me.
Is that Marc Fitt?
yes:))
If you know him tell him I watch his videos for motivation & to learn new things.
lol okay, talking to him right now XD
What about weight loss?
You gain weight by lifting. But you lose fat.
@YourFutureEx I know it replaces the fat with muscle.
You look thinner but you are in fact heavier so that's why you should NEVER think about weight.

This is Staci. She’s 11 pounds HEAVIER (142 pounds) in the picture on the right compared to the picture on the left
So yeah! Weight loss is not an "advantage".
@YourFutureEx true. I used to be 118 pounds with no muscles and i look like the girl on the left. now im 125 pounds and i look like this:https://www. crashonline. gr/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/bikini-bikini-body-body-bracelet-Favim. com-3434349. jpg

lol my body is similar to this
@YourFutureEx The same thing happened to me. I thought I was gaining weight rather than losing it but actually I was gaining muscle mass.
@rachel112 Are you talking to me
yes lol
Woah! Good going ladies!
Wow OP, you're doing something right if you look like that pic, her body is awesome!
@YourFutureEx Woop! thanks :3
