You're a valuable human being who deserves to be loved no matter what your body looks like. Focus on that and everything will fall into place, and you will find yourself and your body sexier than ever (;
That doesn't exist, created by few and people are getting fooled about it on mass level. Being healthy is a different thing from having desire of certain size of boobs or butts. So my suggestion for every woman on this earth is just be yourself and stay happy and healthy. If women will b happiest and healthiest then this earth will be a great place to live on cause women are mothers, teachers, doctors, managers, they are running companies and countries.
"Being too skinny or too thick does not mean one is NOT HEALTHY." False, having extra weight automatically starts negatively contributing to your health.
Perfect body does not exist, but that doesn't mean you should "like yourself the way you are" instead of using everything in your ability to make it as perfect as it can be.

Sweety, please, concentrate and think about this :)
Why do WOMEN specifically care so much about how they look. If you're cute, you're cute. If you're not, you're not. Get over it. I know I'm cute. Why can't others just be happy and accept whether they're cute or not. Jeez.
I love the Beyonce Dance at the end, Anyways, You are so right about everything, we should appreciate the fact that we are healthy. Thank you for posting this and making us girls feel better about our bodies <3
I can't agree more with this article. i'm a man but i've to say, to all women: be proud of yourself, be proud of your own body. Every person has their own perception of the perfect female body. Frankly, there is no such thing as "the perfect body". The media is mainly responsible for creating insecurities for women and it's time for them to find a solution to end this, or it results in more bodyshaming and insecure women.
I don't know if the quote "perfect body exists" but I have seen some women that certainly come very close to what I would consider perfect. I can't see what's under that dress of the runway model but she looks pretty good to me
The perfect body would mean something different to everyone if you asked them. Some people would think being skinny would be perfect, some would think having an athletic body would be perfect, some think having a curvy body would be perfect. I really don't think the perfect body exist in this world.
True... The media is one thing - they promote steroids, anorexia and photo shop, but just being the best you can be by eating healthily and exercising is great! And that's that. =)
The perfect body did exist: it was called Lucy Pinder. She won awards for her breasts alone & was on the cover of Nuts, Loaded and FHM. She's not perfect anymore because for some reason she decided to get a breast lift, but she used to be flawless. spicy.southdreamz.com/.../...ret-poses-807_650.jpg
No it doesn't. Not to everyone anyway. No matter what you do or how you look, someone will not think you're perfect. But, you could very well be perfect for some people.

No there's no perfect body everyone has their own definition of beautiful and "love" (or the chemicals that cause the sensation) will often make the person you fall for look more attractive or like the most beautiful person in the world no matter what

You maybe healthy but I am entitled to my preferences.
If you are unhealthy, be ashamed.
If you are healthy but unattractive, do something.
If you are attractive, give yourself a pat on back.
Simple.
This is truly one of the most beautiful posts I have ever seen. Period.
Thank you so much doll <3 I appreciate it

I think "perfection" in terms of body type and appearance is subjective to ones own preferences and upbringing.
The perfect body is in the mind of the beholder. Everybody likes different types and shapes and have their own preferences.
My idea of a perfect body? One that functions. :) One that lets me enjoy life and get out of bed every morning.
Well in all technicality it does not since there will always be people who find different things attractive.
