I have never tried to write a mytake in my life and I never thought it will but this mytake about the vaccination "single handedly" forced me to write one and its my first time so please forgive me for mistakes,English is not my native language

Vaccine is weakened microbes(chemically or physically) that have lost their ability to transmit the disease but they have ability to initiate the immune response or the Antigen-antibody interaction capability

So lets assume a vaccine is inoculated in to your body

Macrophage or the T cells or any other Antigen presenting Cells detect an antigen or the vaccine you inoculated in the blood stream.Macrophage will engulf the microbe and perform the Phagocytosis on it and finally express the antigen on the MHC class receptors

Now a T-cell will join to the antigen(expressed one) at the MHC receptor by its TCR surface receptors and the T-cell after the activation will activate the other type of immunological B-cells

and the activated B cell continuously divides to for the multiple B cells(prolifetration) then the Differentiation produces three types of B cells,

1)Antibody secreting B cells(IgM) 2)IgG expressing B cells(isotope switching)

3)High affinity expressing B cells that further differentiate in to Memory cells or High affinity IgG

Now the antibodies production is round the clock and your immune system remembers that certain type of antigen and further exposure will produce the immune response at-once and the time wasted during recognition and production will be saved.

but How it is different then the normal first disease exposure or good thing about it?

1)We are using weakened microbes so they are not going to cause any trouble

2)When the original microbe having very high Pathogenicity will enter the blood stream our already present antibodies will kill it at the spot and the microbe will not have time to settle down and reproduce hence ending the story.

but if the same disease attacks the Non-Vaccinated person,the whole process will take place and before our immune system will be able to respond the disease will be out of control and there is nothing now that can be done about it apart from artifical or already prepared antibodies.Human don't die cuz our immune system is not able to respond to certain disease,We die cuz when it is able to respond the game is already over.

I am not saying that Vaccines have no side affects.Some vaccines can have very serious side affects and they are justified when you look at the actual disease and its mortality rate like the polio and the Black Death.

I have seen people complaining that how can we be sure that its the vaccination responsible for immunity? and there are idiots claiming that its impossible to measure.

Well boys we have plenty of immunological testing procedure but one Particular one that ends it is ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) that can confirm the presence of antibodies in the body and hence the immunity.

4)Liver can metabolize the fat and allow it to deposit in the body by its lipolysis cycle and they never ever produce immunity idiot and Vitamins never ever produce immunity.

5) Thymes never produce T cells, they only mature in the thymus for staters and the B cells produce the antibodies and I think on mars T cells produce antibodies but not possible on Earth.

Guys there is no treatment to the disease like Polio and Black death but there are not present in high intensity in the 21st century due to prevention and that is VACCINATION.The amount of the experimentation we have with this process is thousand times more than needed to call it the universal LAW and once proved Laws can't be broken.
