How to Use Your Eating Habits to Boost I. Q. Scores

1. Consume dairy products.

Research shows that vegetarians who consume dairy have an i.q. that is 18 points higher than vegans who avoid both dairy and meat.

2. Eat seafood!

The average I.Q. of black people per country can vary up to 35 points depending on where they currently live in and many researchers now believe the racial disparity in i.q. across different countries can be explained by the high or low levels of sea food that these people are exposed to depending on the region of the world that they live in. For example areas where sea food is a regular occurrence like Japan or Shanghai or Hong Kong seem to have unusually high i.q.s while in areas where sea food is not a regular food source - i.q. seems to be a lot lower.

3. Drink lots of water!

Research shows that a dehydration level of 2-3% will decrease your intellectual performance by 33% and people who consume water during exams score about 10 - 15% higher than people who don't and this was true even when isolating for factors like i.q. or typical academic performance in the tested subject.

4. Eat blueberries!

Blueberries have a lot of antioxidants which are good for your brain and it is said to reduce your chances of Alzheimers and dementia later in life

5. Eat Avocados!

Avocados contribute to healthy blood flow because even though its fattening, its a healthy form of fat that helps your blood circulate better which in turn leads to better brain health.

6. Whole grains like Oatmeal.

Oatmeal improves blood flu and healthy gut bacteria which in turn leads to healthy minds.

7. I personally believe that eating eggs increases a person's pain tolerance.

This is because the egg eaters that I know seem to have a higher tolerance for pain than the people I know who avoid eggs for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Of course I have found no medical or scientific evidence for this point. Its just what I personally believe.
