So I’m a older than my profile age but only by a few years. I’ve managed to maintain my waist the same since teenage years (27in, but bigger hips, thighs and boob). Here is what I do to maintain shape.
1. I don’t eat doughnuts.
I do eat 1-2 Timbits sometimes but that’s only about once every 6-8 weeks.
2. I don’t buy bacon.
Not my thing. I don’t crave it much.
3. I don’t buy a lot of processed meat (lunch meat, canned tuna etc).
4. I don’t like cereal that much.
I will eat it if I have to, but strongly prefer other things. Most cereals (including the ones that appear healthy like kashi/bran) isn’t healthy. It has a ton of preservatives. It just reminds me of dog food.
Also don’t really eat this:
And not too much of these either (I do in moderation. I also go to a good burger chain, that uses real/better meat.)
5. I restrict white bread/rice.
I also don’t eat a lot of pasta.
6. I know how to cook.
You get healthy and you save money for those cute things you wanted.
