You see it is important to know the truth from the lies

and lies can be pretty powerful, believe me, I know

and lies can be dare I say sweeter... You feel like you are doing yourself a favor, being the most honest with yourself so you can't hurt yourself. So lying to yourself is protecting yourself and it helps you to feel like you can't be hurt anymore because you already know the hurt and feel it everyday so it can't surprise you

and you are saying.. hey wait Johnathan! you can't use a positive quote to describe something negative!!! Well, why can't I? It all depends how you come at it. If your beliefs are negative that becomes your destiny, it is pretty spooky to think about ….. but that is why taking control of your beliefs is so important

let's say this, you guys are smart, do you want a positive outcome or a negative outcome, which one would you choose if you had the choice? You do have a choice here and you can live a good and happy life if you choose too.

You have to take the lies, that you have allowed to be disguised as truth and allow you to see them for what they really are. It is not always easy but there are many ways to go about it, one of my favorites which I have already used recently on a my take has been faulty thinking styles
